Accessing Our Services

Services and tools for SHIP personnel are password-protected on the SHIP TA Center website, exclusively for State Health Insurance Assistance Program representatives.

Registration Overview

Users access the password-protected area of www.shiptacenter.org by:

  • Having an account set up by a SHIP Administrator or Director, or
  • Registering online, verifying their email, and awaiting approval from a SHIP Administrator or Director.

Forgot Your Password?

If you have an approved account at portal.shiptacenter.org (accessed also from the SHIP Login button at shiphelp.org), you can click the Forgot Password link below the login windows to reset your password.

  • If you do not receive the “SHIP-TA Center Portal Login Information” email from the DoNotReply@shiptcenter.org address, check your junk mail or spam.
  • If you still cannot find the password reset email, contact us for technical assistance at info@shiptacenter.org or call 877-8392675 and say “Center” when prompted. 
90-Day Password Reset 

Passwords are set to expire every 90 days. The first time you log in after the 90 days have passed, you will be directed to change your password.
