You can ask your supervisor for an account at shiptacenter.org, or you can register online by following these steps:
A SHIP director or administrator for your state or territory will need to approve your request, and this may take up to 5 business days. If you already have an account to log in at www.portal.shiptacenter.org but do not see the STARS menu, contact your supervisor to change your user role and privileges to allow access to the STARS menu and SHIP Resource Library.
The SHIP National Technical Assistance Center (SHIP TA Center) provides training materials and webinars to support all STARS users. Log into The Center's website for the STARS manual, related handouts, and training webinars. STARS technical support, such as help with usernames, passwords, and the API (Application Programming Interface) technology is provided by Booz Allen Hamilton. Go to the STARS landing page and see Contact the Booz Allen Hamilton STARS Help Desk under "Need Help With STARS."
