The SHIP TA Center supports the 54 SHIP programs — we do not provide individual Medicare counseling.

If you need to set up an appointment with your local SHIP or to receive personal Medicare advice:

Contacting your SHIP directly will help you get faster, local support tailored to your needs.

Because SHIPs experience a high volume of traffic and appointments during Medicare Open Enrollment (October 15 – December 7), you may wish to reach out to 1-800-MEDICARE for assistance during this time.
